IS LIFE A COMEDY?

Scripted reality comedy, loosely based on the life of the Israeli comedienne Maya Dagan. In each episode of this hilarious comedy, Maya, who plays herself in the show, comes across an event that “takes her back in time” to her high school years, and to which she owes the “little quirks” she carries around with her to this very day.

The flashbacks to Maya’s high-school days are featured by animation and in each episode Maya gains amusing and philosophical insights to dealing with the complicated reality of our lives.

This format can be easily adapted as a vehicle for leading comediennes in other territories.
