Israel-based Gil Productions is venturing into the formats space with a new content and distribution arm titled Gil Formats.

Set to operate internationally alongside Gil Productions in Tel Aviv, the new format developer and distributor will operate as a separate entity and focus on observational documentaries, semi-scripted reality comedy, game shows and reality TV.
